Near Infrared Sauna

(Only available at the San Clemente Treatment Center)

We offer 1-hour sessions in our near infrared sauna. The near infrared sauna can be used to aid muscle soreness and workout recovery, increase blood circulation, or just simply help you relax. If you are coming in for a massage treatment, we suggest using the sauna right before (if available). It helps loosen and relax your body for a more effective massage treatment. Our sauna is available for booking online.
